Affordable. Comfortable. Connected.

At Cornerstone Apartments, we believe that housing is just the beginning of what makes a strong, connected community. That’s why we’ve partnered with Catholic Community Services, a trusted local nonprofit that provides on-site resident services to help individuals and families feel confident, supported, and at home.

We foster resilience by connecting residents with resources that help navigate challenges and build stability. Through community-building opportunities, we encourage meaningful social connections and a sense of belonging. We also promote access to parenting and life-skills resources that support healthy development and informed decision-making. When needs arise, we help connect residents to concrete supports such as housing assistance, food resources, and local services. Above all, we strive to create a supportive environment that nurtures emotional well-being and helps both adults and children grow with confidence.

  • Conexiones sociales
